It is important for any member to make contributions to the magazine issues. (4 times a year) NOT only for the committee executives to pass on information to the members.
Could be personal sailing activities or reminiscences about events or sailing in former years.
Perhaps you have learned some new methods of doing things with your boat which you could share with others?
Sailing that you have done elsewhere might also be of interest to readers.
Young sailors are also encouraged to write about their learning to sail experiences.
So how about it folks? Think hard and I am sure you can manage an article now and again. Photos, diagrams all add to the article interest.
Please note:
1. The Cruiser Keg trophy is awarded annually for the best Mainsheets cruiser sailing article.
2. New trophy to be presented this year (2010) for the best overall article throughout the year.
Thank You!
