Duties - Please Check Your Emails!
The Sailing Calendar was uploaded into DutyMan in January and since then members have had the opportunity to Login and select the volunteer activities and dates they'd like to do. Loads of you have done this - so THANK YOU.
DutyMan is the only tool we have for recording what everyone does to help make the club function. We know that not all Duties undertaken are saved in DutyMan - if you think this applies to you then please contact the Allocation Team asap (they have no way of knowing otherwise).
The allocated time to choose your duties has now passed and the Allocation Team has used the system to generate duties for those who have not yet volunteered according to DutyMan. This process has been based on qualifications and/ or preference (if you have saved this on your profile). If no preference is given, then Assistant Lunch or Assistant Bar is the default.
If you have not yet volunteered on DutyMan then please check your emails in the coming days as you will shortly be receiving details of the Duties allocated to you. If you are unable to fulfil the Duty, please use the "Swap Function" - (& don't ask the allocation team to organise for you)!!
There are still duty gaps on the system as we work through the Duty List that has been created and which is being Uploaded onto system. So if you haven't yet had an email and want to get in quick with your own selection - then now is the time (you have the next day or two to do this!!). BUT please let Margaret or Leanne know if you do add your name to new duties in DutyMan so they can ensure your name is removed from the working files that are being added. Log in to Duty Man.
