Galley Familiarisation

For anyone wanting to assist as a volunteer for food related events. This is especially helpful for club lunches, food at cadet events, food for open meetings and racing days. It involves some food safety and how we manage this at HHSC as well as "what pots have we got" and "can I cook it at home?"
