Training and being an RYA Pathway Club

Becoming an RYA Pathway Club gives a sailing club recognition, resources, coaching support, and a structured development pathway for junior and youth racers. It strengthens a clubs racing culture, improves coaching quality, reduces costs for families, and connects our sailors to the wider British Youth Sailing (BYS) system.
